The house sleeps 20. The main house sleeps 14 and the sixth bedroom private entrance bungalow suite sleeps 6 guests in one king bed and one queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds and has a full kitchen and bath
At time of booking we require a signed contract and a damage deposit.
We refund 50% of the money received if cancellation is at least 180 days from arrival date.
